Never use or open this parasol without a suitable base in place. Do not use this parasol during periods of strong winds and rain. Otherwise, personal injury and/or damage may occur. Always close the parasol and put on the cover if the wind exceeds a "moderate breeze," if there is snowfall, or if it is raining. The product contains small parts that could pose a risk to young children. Keep small parts out of reach of children. This product is not a toy!
