Misting Kit.
- Spray water air conditioning, easy to install. Lowers the temperature by up to 11ºC. Creates a refreshing curtain that will insulate external heat from the cooled air. Its effectiveness is based on the inherent characteristics of water evaporation. Designed for outdoor use, optimal operation occurs with water pressure between 3.5 and 12 bar (50 to 200 psi).
- For best effect, place the misting nozzle line around the area to be cooled. You will achieve a refreshing curtain that will insulate external heat from the cooled interior. First, mark the desired location for each nozzle and cut the tubing to the necessary length. We suggest a spacing of 50 to 60 cm between tees. The maximum size of the installation depends on the pressure and flow provided by your water network.
- For direct network installation, it is possible to install more than 70 nozzles, but testing will determine exactly how many can be installed without reducing spray quality. Expansion: You can expand the installation at will with the accessories we provide. Filtration: For the misting system to be reliable and durable, the supply water must not contain impurities.
- If necessary, install a filtering system to prolong the life of this product. Maintenance: At the end of the season, we recommend you follow these instructions: Drain the water from the pipe. To do this, disconnect the pipe from the tap. Disassemble the misting nozzles and reinstall them when the system needs to be used again. You can install specific caps for protection.
- If the misting nozzles become clogged, immerse them in a 12% solution of hydrochloric acid (what is commercially known as muriatic acid is generally 24% hydrochloric acid) for 30 minutes. Then rinse them with plenty of clean water. Contents: 1 adapter for 3/4-1/4 faucet, 6 automatic 1/4 tees for nozzle, 7 brass nozzles, 1 1/4 end cap for nozzle, 15 mounting clips, 15 meters of 1/4 tubing.
