> GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: RAT PASTA BLU is a ready-to-use rodenticide bait based on Brodifacoum, which is effective against mice and rats even after a single ingestion.
- The special formulation of soft, greasy but non-sticky paste is achieved with special components such as sunflower and hemp seeds, and has been developed to achieve maximum efficacy against all the rodent species indicated above, even when there is strong food competition.
- The product does not arouse suspicion in other rodents. RAT PASTA BLU can be used in and around buildings (including warehouses, storage rooms and cellars), rural buildings, civil buildings, homes, garages, storage rooms, gardens.
> TARGET ORGANISMS: Mus musculus (house mouse): Juveniles, adults, Rattus norvegicus (brown rat or sewer rat): Juveniles, adults.
> APPLICATION METHODS: RAT PASTA BLU bait, ready-to-use in soft paste form, must be used in tamper-resistant bait stations.
> INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Read and follow the product information as well as any other information accompanying the product or provided at the point of sale before use.
- Before using rodenticide products, the use of non-chemical methods (e.g., traps) is recommended.
- Remove easily available food for rodents (e.g., loose grain or food scraps). Apart from this, do not clean the area to be treated just before treatment, as this will only disturb the rodents and make bait acceptance more difficult to achieve.
- Bait stations should be placed in the immediate vicinity of places where rodent activity has been observed (passageways, nesting sites, feeding stations, holes, burrows, etc.)
- Where possible, the bait station should be fixed to the ground or other structures.
- Place bait stations out of reach of children, birds, pets, farm animals and other animals not targeted by the product.
- Do not apply in areas where food/feed, drinks, kitchen utensils or food processing surfaces may come into contact with the product or be contaminated by it.
- Do not place bait stations near water drainage systems where the bait may come into contact with water.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product.
- Wash hands and exposed skin areas after using the product.
- Remove leftover bait and bait stations at the end of treatment.
- Use protective gloves during handling.
- Do not open the sachet containing the bait.
> NUMBER AND FREQUENCY OF APPLICATION: Place RAT PASTA BLU in the specific bait stations.
- Inspect the bait stations after the period indicated for each use, to check the condition of the bait stations, bait consumption and, if necessary, to remove rodent carcasses. Replenish bait when necessary. Protect baits from atmospheric conditions (e.g., rain, snow, etc.).
- Place the bait station in areas not subject to flooding. Replace bait that has been damaged by water or contaminated by dirt.

- If more than one bait station is needed, the minimum distance between bait stations will be 2-5 meters (2 m in the case of a strong infestation and 5 m in a weak infestation).
