Here's how it works: Before using the machine, you'll need to preheat it for about 5 minutes. When the spinning head is rotating, briefly stop the machine to fill it with sugar. Turn the power back on again, do not let the machine cool down. When the machine produces its first "threads," catch them with a stick. Level the stick for a short period and wrap the spun sugar around it. It will become larger if you use the stick horizontally. After a little practice, you'll have candy floss for your children.
