- Shipping and delivery: Shipments are made on pallets and delivered to the building. Please inspect your order within 24/48 hours of receiving it. Report any breakages via WhatsApp or email.
- Care: For routine cleaning, use soap and water; for deep cleaning, use strong commercial products if they rinse quickly; avoid bleach or hydrochloric acid for prolonged periods; limescale stains can be removed with commercial descalers or hydrochloric acid, having previously removed the stainless steel elements.
