- Operation:
> Place the item to be sealed into the pre-cut or custom-sized bag. Leave at least 2 inches (approx. 5 cm) between the contents and the top of the bag to allow for shrinkage.
> Plug in the power cord and a green light will illuminate.
> Open the lid, place one end of the cut bag on the heating bar; do not worry if you accidentally place any material on the gasket area.
> Lower the lid and press both ends of the lid to lock it.
> Press the SEAL button to create a custom-sized bag. The blue light will flash.
> When the process is complete, the indicator light will turn green again.
> Press the release button on both sides to unlock the lid; it is now safe to remove the newly created bag.
- Care and Cleaning:
> Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
> Do not use abrasives to clean the appliance.
> Clean the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth.
> To clean the interior of the appliance, wipe up any food or liquid with a paper towel.
> Thoroughly dry all parts before plugging in and using the appliance again.
> The vacuum chamber can trap liquids extracted from the bag; use a warm, damp cloth to wipe up the liquid. Dry thoroughly.
