Instructions for use.
1. Cut the pipe perpendicularly to its length, using a tool that ensures a clean and precise cut.
2. Shape and prepare the pipe using a reamer - chamfering tool. Insert the fitting into the pipe. The pipe should be visible through the indicator holes on the stainless steel sleeve.
3. Select the jaw corresponding to the pipe diameter.
4. Open the tool completely and press the right and left buttons to place the jaw corresponding to the diameter of your fitting in the correct direction.
5. Place the jaw over the sleeve and press until the tool has completely closed around the sleeve. The grooves ensure the complete pressing of the fitting.
6. If, after pressing, the gap between the two molds is greater than 0.3 mm, it is necessary to adjust the pressure firmly. To do this, first loosen the nuts (Figure 8), loosen the rotating screw dial and increase the alignment point by a numerical value until the gap is less than or equal to 0.3 mm. Conversely, if the pressure is too great with a gap = 0, reduce the corresponding numerical value.
