Nural- 34 Grey (1 Tablet 50 Grams).
- 1 Tablet 50 grams.
- Pattex Nural 34 permanently bonds, fills, rebuilds, and seals (cracks, holes, fissures, and joints). Once hardened, it can be sanded, polished, drilled, machined, and painted.
- It adheres to iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome-plated steel, nickel-plated steel, aluminum, copper, brass, tin, and lead. It is also suitable for glass, crystal, fiberglass, plastics, wood, marble, cement, and fiber cement.
- Instructions for use:
1. Surfaces to be joined must be clean of dust and grease. They can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone.
2. Sand the surfaces whenever possible. Adhesion on rough surfaces is greater than on smooth surfaces.
3. Cut equal portions in volume (equal length) of both components.
4. Knead until a uniform color is achieved. Gloves are recommended.
5. Apply the product. Ensure good contact with the surface to be repaired.
- Mixing and handling time: You have 1 hour to mix and apply the product.
- Handling time: 3 hours. Do not move or stress until this time has passed.
- Curing time: After 6 hours, it withstands 30 Kg/cm2. This resistance allows sanding, machining, or drilling the product. These values are valid for temperatures between 20 and 25ºC. To accelerate hardening, the joint or repair can be subjected to a temperature of about 70ºC; conversely, low temperatures delay hardening. While curing, it is recommended to keep the joined or repaired piece above 15ºC.
- Thermal resistance: -30ºC to +150ºC. For joints subjected to high stress, it is recommended not to exceed +70ºC.
- Tensile shear strength (EN 1465): 50 Kg/cm2 (24 hours, 23ºC, steel).
